Lucas Little was involved in a car accident on May 27. He was admitted to intensive care in critical condition with brain trauma, as well as other extensive injuries. He passed away Wednesday night, June 16, 2010 with his parents holding his hands and letting God take him into His. We greatly appreciate your prayers for healing on his behalf. We believe God answered them with the ultimate healing. With great love, Burnie, Tina, and Spencer
Burnie and Tina, I am praying for Lucas and for you regularly and also mentally hugging both of you. I am thankful we can relax into the absolute truth that God is sovereign, faithful, and good. Take care of your own bodies here and there so they can keep up with your courage.
ReplyDeleteMay his unfailing love be your comfort!
Continued love and prayers for all of you. We pray for lower pressure. We pray for your strength and wisdom and that of the medical team. Nancy and Tom
ReplyDeleteBurnie and Tina,
ReplyDeleteI just heard about Lucas' accident. I am so sorry. Please know that Paul and I will be lifting Lucas as well as your family in prayer.
In Him,
Cathie Greve
"Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the Glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help and He will say, Here am I"
Is. 58:8-9
I am Amy Root's mother and I want you to know she shared with me regarding your son Lucas. The blog is an amazing way to communicate your heart and to encourage those to pray. Please know that my family, extended church family, and friends from Seattle and all over the world will keep your family in prayer. We know how faithful our God is. He has shown this to be true as I watch my daughter on this journey with the man she loves and adores. May He continue to give you His peace and strength for each new day.
