We are thankful for your prayers for healing for Lucas. Continue to pray for God's wisdom, strength, and courage for us also.
Pray for Adam Root and for his wife, Amy, and daughter, MacKenzie. Adam was discharged to a rehabilitation facility, but is returning to the ICU because of recurrent swelling in his brain. Continue to pray for Heather's uncle Mikey, diagnosed with brain cancer. And pray for our nurse today (Ellyn) who has a close family member seriously ill, that God would give them wisdom for treatment options.
We are blessed by a great God who encourages us through your prayers and messages to us.
God is good.

You are all never far from my thoughts.
Wishing I could bring you music as these words seem terribly inadequate, but don't worry, I won't bring my violin to Chapel Hill!
Peace,
Donna M.

Bernie, Tina and Spencer, You are all in my thoughts and being uplifted in prayer. I pray that the Lord would work in a mighty way in Lucas body and heal him. My heart goes out to you - we do have a wonderful Lord who is always in control. May the Lord continue to give you peace and strength that only He can give. Praying Betsy Brower
ReplyDeleteContinuing to pray for you and Tina to know the rich Company, to feel the endless Compassion, and to receive the wisest Counsel of the Holy Spirit with you during this time of suffering.
ReplyDeleteWe are fighting this fight of faith with you and for you with our ongoing prayers lifted to the Maker of Our Lord Jesus Christ who knows we are weak...and "collects our tears in a bottle" (Psalm 61:8) each one counted, drop by drop, tear by tear... they are sacred things among the treasures of God!
Abba Father,
please cover Lucas with Your Love tonight. Beathe Your Spirit into him! We praise You! Amen.
xoxo Beth
We keep praying often for you and for Lucas. May our Lord Jesus fill you with much peace. Seth and Gretchen
ReplyDeleteContinuing to pray for you and Tina that you would feel the sweet Company, deep Compassion, and wisest Counsel from the Holy Spirit today.
ReplyDeleteWe are fighting this fight of faith with you...and for you... as we constantly lift our prayers for Lucas and your famiy to the Maker of Heaven and Earth.
He remembers we are weak.
He "collects our tears in a bottle." (Psalm 61:8) Each one is counted, drop by drop, tear by tear. They are sacred things among the treasures of God!
no one knows why this is all happening, and I guess it is not for us to question even though that is our broken human nature. But, look what God is doing through you and your family and your evident, strong faith. In the midst of your own pain, you are able to reach out and care for others because the God we serve cared for you first and loves you. You and Tina are a witness to God's abundant love and grace. Lifting you all up in prayer for peace, strength, wisdom and comfort.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Laura C
We Love you all so much. We are praying that you all receive God's peace in this time knowing that God has got this. Knowing that He has you all together in His mighty hand. Knowing this is the key to His peace for your mind and soul. God's peace transends all hurt and pain, it is so deep that you can never touch the bottom of it. Be still and you will feel it, believe it, and know the greatest blessing of peace. We love you all. Let us know if there is anything we can do to ease your journey through this time.
